Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program is tailored for aspiring psychologists seeking clarity, direction, and growth in their professional journey. Under the guidance of experienced mental health professionals, participants receive one-on-one support, career insights, and hands-on guidance in building their clinical skills, ethical practice, and personal confidence as a therapist.

Eligibility Criteria: Post-graduation in Psychology (or final-year students of a post-graduation psychology program)

Six-Month Certificate Program in Therapy

This program equips participants with in-depth knowledge and hands-on skills in four powerful therapeutic approaches — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Positive Psychology. Through live demonstrations, role-plays, and supervised practice, participants learn how to apply these methods effectively in different client contexts.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduation in Psychology

Six-Month Certificate Course in ACT & DBT

This specialized training focuses on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — two evidence-based approaches widely used for emotional regulation, resilience building, and working with complex cases. The course blends theory with practice, enabling participants to confidently apply ACT and DBT techniques into their therapeutic work.

Our therapy and counseling services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals, families, and groups. We address a wide range of concerns including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, stress, grief, and self-work. Additionally, we provide specialized support for children and their associated problems as well as relationship counseling for couples and families. With a compassionate, evidence-based approach, our aim is to provide a safe space for clients to heal, grow, and regain balance in their lives.

Internship Program

This internship program is designed for students who wish to gain practical exposure beyond classroom learning. Over the course of the program, interns engage in case discussions, supervised client interactions, observation of therapy sessions, and psychological assessment practice.
