At the heart of Mind Garden is Sakshi Harlalka, a compassionate psychotherapist who combines clinical expertise with genuine human connection. Trained and certified in Third-Wave therapies and CBT, she supports adolescents, individuals navigating anxiety, those healing from grief and trauma, and people seeking to rebuild meaningful relationships. Her work extends far beyond the therapy room—she has shared her insights on platforms such as TEDx, podcasts, webinars, talk shows, and YouTube, fostering open conversations about mental health. Sakshi’s mission is simple yet powerful: to make mental health support accessible, relatable, and empowering. She believes that when addressed early in life, emotional well-being can become one of our greatest strengths, shaping healthier and more fulfilling futures.
Piyali Banerjee
Role: Administrator
Piyali Banerjee, the administrator, keeps Mind Garden running like clockwork. From managing schedules to making sure every client feels welcome, she is the friendly face and helping hand behind the scenes. Her warmth and efficiency make Mind Garden a smooth and inviting space for all.
Namrata Patra
Role: Trainee Psychologist
Namrata Patra is a trainee psychologist who has completed her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata. With a growing specialization in child psychology, she uses a goal-oriented therapeutic approach to support children and young adults with emotional and behavioural challenges. She is committed to creating a warm, supportive space and providing structured, evidence-based interventions that foster meaningful growth.
Ayushi Damani
Role: Consultant Psychologist
Ayushi Damani is a consultant psychologist who believes in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where people feel truly heard. With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a Master Diploma in Medical Psychology, she supports individuals in navigating life’s challenges using empathy, active listening, and evidence-based approaches. Her expertise lies in case formulation and intervention designing, allowing her to create personalized therapy plans that address each client’s unique needs and goals.
Sufra Ali
Role: Clinical Psychologist

Shufra Ali, is an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over four years of experience working with individuals and couples. She has supported clients through concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship and marital challenges, sexual health, personality patterns, and workplace stress. Her approach is client-centered and tailored, with a focus on building self-awareness and resilience. She believes that therapy is not about avoiding setbacks, but about learning how to rise from them with strength and clarity.
